Preheat 1 tbsp olive oil in a small saucepan with a lid and add the green beans. Stir periodically for two minutes and add the chopped garlic. When you smell the garlic, add a glass of water, put the lid and allow to boil. Reduce heat and and let it simmer until the green beans soften.
Cut the tomatoes into cubes. When the beans are ready, drain and save the liquid. Mix while still warm with tomatoes.
In a separate bowl, mix the remaining olive oil, lemon juice, cream cheese and puree. Add dill and salt and pepper to taste, if necessary add a little water to the beans.
Season salad with dressing and serve garnished with chopped dill and crumbled cheese..
